What is Aeroseal?
Aeroseal is a patented duct sealing process that uses a mist of microscopic polymer particles injected into your duct system. Under controlled pressure, these particles are carried by the airflow and automatically “find” and seal leaks up to 15 mm from the inside.
Because the process works internally, there is no need to dismantle long duct runs, remove ceiling tiles extensively, or disrupt building occupants.

Key performance characteristics:
- Typical improvements in air tightness of 80–90%
- Sealed leaks can withstand up to 2000 Pa
- Usually around 30% cheaper than manual alternatives
- Typical payback periods of 1–4 years, depending on system size and operating hours
- The Aeroseal sealant meets European VOC regulations and has achieved French VOC class A+.
